Bias-An unfair prefence or dislkie for something. This word represents the Constitution because it was against slaves becoming US citizens. This was later outlawed in the 13-15th amendment also known as the Civil War Amendments.

This was legal making law either easier or harder for the blacks.

It reflects to this word because it didn't only seperate the blacks and whites, but it also put an veil on the people who felt it should have been legalized hiding the truth from them.
