This pertains to the Constitution in many ways. For example, it the governments legal responsibility to protect the people of the U.S. But it is also their moral responsibility as to how they handle suspected criminals from other countries. Such as the moral injustice that was undergo at Abu Ghraib prison in Iraq. The prisoners were tourterd in many ways by U.S soilders. The same soldiers who defend and protect our same legal rights. They participated in these many tortures against their will. They were the commands of the government and their Army officials. These acts were made legal by our government and never thought about if they qualified as moral.

This picture says a lot about the Constitution, because the Constitution calls on our government officials to choose the right path to lead our country on. For instance, the President has to chose between a lot of choices for the future of our country. Such as in times of war, the president has to go through many options that effect the whole country.

“It is our choices that show what we truly are, far more than our abilities.”
